The apartment sits behind a timber street door on a fictional side street near Plaza del Adelantado. The bedroom and kitchen both face the private courtyard, so there is no need to cross a shared hallway in the morning.

Casa Luma is arranged for a couple or a solo traveller. There is a proper dining table, a kitchen with a full-size fridge and a shower room reached from the bedroom. The courtyard gives you somewhere outside that still feels part of the home.

La Laguna evenings can be cool. Cotton bedding, shutters and a portable heater are included in this sample specification. There is no lift and the entrance has three steps, which should be made clear before a guest books.
